As a result of the corona pandemic, we have all had to change our social habits and most of us our work habits too. With less distraction and more stress and tension, we are pushed to the limit, both physically and emotionally. For some, it’s a welcome opportunity to turn down the heat and really see how you want to live your life. Others take risks by pushing their boundaries further and further.
There is an interview with me this month in Clique Magazine on the theme of “burnout”. Burnout has long been a growing problem and now more than ever because of the effects of the current pandemic. The good news is that it can be an opportunity for growth if used as such.
