About the Practice
You are very welcome for an introductory meeting. During this meeting we will discuss what your needs and wishes are and whether you are in the right place to reach them.
An introductory meeting lasts 60 minutes and the costs are 60 euros. Sessions last 90-105 minutes and the costs are 130 euros.
You can also opt for a telephone or video consultation.
Is it right for you and do you want a session? When working deeper on a theme, several sessions are usually needed. After about three to five sessions, we evaluate your progress, where you want to go and what is needed.
A number of health insurers reimburse (part of) the costs. Consult the list of health insurers on the website of the professional association: www.vit-therapeuten.nl
Changing or canceling an appointment is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. After that, the whole amount for the session will be charged.
Complaints procedure
In the event of a complaint regarding a treatment, an attempt will first be made to discuss this with you.
Should you be dissatisfied and we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may contact my professional association https://www.vit-therapeuten.nl/cliënten/niet-tevreden.
You can then appeal to a complaints officer as prescribed in the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). In accordance with this Act, I am also affiliated with the disputes committee
of the SCAG.
I am registered in the Register of Complementary Healthcare Professionals (RBCZ). This umbrella organization handles disciplinary matters through the organization TCZ (www.tcz.nu).
