This summer my wife Liselotte and I will give a workshop on how to better deal with stress. Stress is part of life. Whether or not you thrive with stress depends on your attitude, your choices and also the skills you have in dealing with the demands of life. Follow us this summer for a two-day training on how to make stress your friend. You will be guided through a process that will enable you to de-stress, express and create more self-confidence and resilience.
