By correcting your posture with Egoscue University certified posture therapy you can start moving again as you wish without suffering from body pain.
The average client will use between 8 and 16 sessions in the first 6 months to become pain free and return to the activities and sports they love. The clients who do the best in the long term will come for check-ups once every 1 – 3 months after they are pain free.

Inventory of pain complaints
Analysis of posture through photos, ePete software and functional test protocols.
A tailor-made menu of corrective exercises (e-cises), in a specific order, for your body to function optimally.
A digital copy of the prescribed exercises including detailed descriptions of each e-cise, with photos. Includes links to videos from each e-cise.
The follow-up sessions are focused on your progress. Exercises are regularly adjusted and changed as your pain decreases, your vitality increases and more supporting elements can be introduced. Clients usually find pain relief in a few sessions and a series of sessions is recommended to return to maximum function.
The goal of a therapy program based on the Egoscue Method is that you can do to the activities you love without pain free, be it walking, cycling, dancing, golf or anything else. For many people, the goal is to simply be able to do their daily activities, but without body pain.
